We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive and beautiful user experiences that help teams collaborate more effectively.
As a Senior Product Designer at Lexend, you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create features that delight our users and drive business growth. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of project management tools and work on products used by thousands of teams worldwide.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end user experiences for new features and improvements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Maintain and evolve our design system
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B products
- Expert proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and possibilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management or productivity tools
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
- Previous experience mentoring junior designers
- Familiarity with agile development processes
